Did you Know:

1.     that excess glucose in the blood causes inflammation  and this damages  mitochondria, which is probably the root cause of cancer and virtually every other non-communicable chronic illness." (Jerry Rowles).

2.     that it is impossible to meet the brains nutritional requirements through plant foods alone? Vit B12, an essential vitamin, is missing from all plant foods, with potential huge mental health risks. (Dr Georgia Ede, Change your Diet, Change your Mind).

3.     that the more glucose spikes we have (from sugar and refined carbohydrates) the faster we age (this is called Glycation, Jesse Inchaspe, The Glucose Goddess Method).

4.     that the more processed a ‘foodstuff’ is, the more likely it will have added sugar, added vegetable oil, added flavourings and added preservatives. This not only reduces the nutritional value of that food but will also likely raise blood glucose levels when consumed, contributing to cellular inflammation, insulin resistance and allergic reactions over time.

5.     that synthetic fats (vegetable oil, canola oil etc) coupled with a high sugar diet are the leading cause of heart disease and cancer? (Winters and Kelley, The Metabolic Approach to Cancer).
